No sealing hemp or similar is required for installation.
The 1/4" compression fitting secures the plastic tube so that it stays safe and leak-proof even under high pressure.
The freely rotating nut for connecting to the angle valve contains a sealing ring and can be turned freely.
This means the tee can be screwed on very easily even close to a wall or in hard-to-reach places.
The flexible hose for the normal tap can easily be mounted on the upper 3/8" male thread.

The tee is made from a single casting.
On the one hand, no additional pre-assembly of several individual parts is necessary; on the other hand, no sealant is needed between individual parts and, above all, there are no unnecessary weak points where a leak could occur.
