We use only products in our filter systems that we have selected and tested ourselves.
All individual parts are carefully assembled by hand in our German facility.
In this system we have eliminated all threaded connections. All ports and connections have been replaced by modern QuickConnect fittings. These are firmly integrated into the filter housings. This makes replacing the individual filters much easier, faster and safer. No annoying sealing tape or screwing. No leaks caused by accidentally moving the fittings. All inserted elbow fittings and tubes can be rotated 360°, giving the system more flexibility.
Reverse osmosis system with a 3-stage filtration process:

The first pre-filter is equipped with a 5 µm cartridge made of polypropylene and wound yarn.
- It filters mechanical impurities such as sand, sludge, rust and other suspended particles out of the water and extends the service life of the following filter cartridges.

The second filtration stage is a high-quality activated carbon block.
- It removes chlorine, pesticides and many organic contaminants from the water.

The third stage is the heart of the RO system, a semi-permeable membrane.
- It removes 96-99% of all pollutants dissolved in the water, such as heavy metals, limescale, bacteria, viruses and many others...

Reverse osmosis
Reverse osmosis systems remove up to 99.8% of all pollutants from the water. The heart of RO systems is a multi-layer TFC thin-film membrane which, together with the pre-filters, produces the purest water, free of heavy metals, bacteria and viruses. In terms of purity, the filtered water can only be compared with a few natural springs.
The membrane included in the set comes from our own house FILTROTECH. The membrane is made of high-quality, food-grade materials.

Activated carbon block
The activated carbon block is considerably more efficient than the granular activated carbon usually used in low-cost filters. The solid block offers almost twice the capacity (granulate approx. 2,000L < block approx. 3,700L). The block also has a higher retention rate for sediment and trace elements.

Scope of delivery:
The tubing and the tap connector are delivered pre-assembled on the filter. This means the system is ready for immediate use.
