In our filter systems we use only products that we have selected and tested ourselves.
All individual components are carefully fitted and assembled by experienced craftsmen at our German facility.
In this system we have eliminated all threads. All connections and joints have been replaced with modern quick-connect fittings that are firmly integrated into the filter housings. This makes replacing the individual filters much easier, faster and safer. No annoying sealing tape or screwing. No leaks caused by accidentally moving the fittings. All inserted elbow fittings and tubes can be rotated 360°, giving the system more flexibility.
Reverse osmosis system with a 3-stage filtration process:

The first pre-filter is equipped with a 5 µm cartridge made of polypropylene and wound yarn. It filters mechanical impurities such as sand, sludge, rust and other suspended particles out of the water and extends the service life of the following filter cartridges.

The second filtration stage is a high-quality activated carbon block. It removes chlorine, pesticides and many organic contaminants from the water.

The third stage is the core of the RO system, a semi-permeable membrane. It removes 96-99% of all pollutants dissolved in the water, such as heavy metals, limescale, bacteria, viruses and many others.

Reverse osmosis:
Reverse osmosis systems remove up to 99.8% of all pollutants from the water. The core of RO systems is a multi-layer thin-film membrane (TFC) which, together with the pre-filters, produces the purest water, free of heavy metals, bacteria and viruses. In its purity, the filtered water can only be compared with a few natural springs.
The membrane included in the set comes from FILTROTECH.

Scope of delivery:
The tubing and the tap connector are delivered pre-assembled on the filter. The system is therefore ready to use straight away.
- 1x 3-stage RO system
- 1x reverse osmosis TFC membrane 100GPD
- 1x tap connector with shut-off valve (incl. adapter)
- 1x connector 3/4" female thread to 1/4" tubing (6mm) for secure connection to an angle valve with 3/4" male thread.
- 3x 2m of tubing each for feed/drain and drinking water in different colours (white, blue, red)
- 2x bracket for fixed mounting on a wall or shelf
- 1x short operating manual in German
